Hotel und Sportmöglichkeiten in einem Haus, großes Zimmer mit hochwertiger Einrichtung, auch im Bad, herausragendes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal, anregende Atmosphäre

I'm a regular customer and I like the facilities and location.
The staff in the swimming pool always closes early, I was at the hotel twice within a week and the jacuzzi pool was always switched off, the whirlpool was switched off and the water slide was open only once for a short time. It's a very poor customer service! If the closing time is 9 pm, then all the attractions should be switched on until 9 pm! The water was colder than a year ago.

Location was convenient for us. Breakfast was very good. Room was large and comfortable. Dinner was tasty and portions were large.
We shall definitely be staying again.
It was very hot and the room had no air conditioning. However they did provide a fan which was most welcome.
