The location was great for an early morning swim in the sea. It was a very brief stay and I didn't spend much time in the hotel, nor did I have breakfast there.
The outside space was small and very overlooked without a view, so would have been disappointing if I was there more than one night.

We had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Provençal in Bandol and would happily recommend it.
The location is excellent — close enough to walk easily into the centre, harbour, restaurants and bars, but in a quieter spot which made it perfect for relaxing. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well looked after, with a lovely Provençal feel.
Our room was excellent and the staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
Bandol was a great choice for this part of our trip and Hôtel Provençal was the perfect base. We loved being able to wander down to the harbour for lunch or dinner and then come back to somewhere peaceful and comfortable.
A lovely independent hotel in a beautiful part of the South of France. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Nothing really maybe a lift would be nice, but an old building so not suitable

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent.
The room - there were only sheers on the windows and the bright lights from the street outside made it challenging to sleep. The walls were paper thin, the knocking on our neighbour's door, the voices were so loud, it seemed like they were in our room. There was no water provided in the room.
