The location was lovely and quiet. Near to Ferry terminal with plenty of parking. Frequent buses nearby for trips into Ryde. Lakeside view room was lovely.
Room was dusty on arrival although quickly rectified. Lift was out of order so needed to carry luggage upstairs. Lovely restaurant with views across the lake but food expensive for the standard of cooking. Spa gowns had seen better days. Two rooms advertised with "countryside views" looked out over car park with distant views.

Very spacious, quiet, calming, welcoming.. just perfect
This is not a dislike but more a slight disappointment… no EV charging currently on site. Hopefully something that can be thought about for the future.
