Location is close to family. Room was clean and tidy with heating available. Corridors also clean and well kept.
The Place is a little tired and needs a bit of money spending on it. The sliding door in our room did not lock properly and there was a stain on the net curtain that looked like dry blood. Outside the main entrance was a pool of what can only be described as dog mess. It was there from booking in to checking out.

A lovely clean room with a view over the lake. Reception staff very helpful.
The accommodation has no cafe or restaurant facilities. Food is provided by the usual UK motorway caterers whose facilities for dinner and breakfast were disappointing.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and included a sofa. The wifi worked great likewise the TV. My motorcycle was parked safely outside free of charge. Perfect location for my journey south with plenty of breakfast options next door at the service station. Lovely lake view from my room. Friendly welcome from the lady on the front desk. All at a reasonable price.
The fan in the bathroom was noisy and probably needs replacing. Easily fixed though by turning off on the wall switch.
