The hotel is in a nice location we booked a vila and were lucky enough to get one with the most beautiful beach view. But the hotel is located in no one’s land if you want to get around you need a scooter or some form of transportation (but that wasn’t a problem for us). The staff in the restaurant were super nice and helpful.
The hotel has its bright days over, even though it’s well maintained you can see that it is older. In terms of staff, I’m sorry to say that the reception doesn’t work as it should. When arriving we didn’t get any information except of the key and room number (we haven’t arrived early in the morning or late in the evening) and a peace of paper with WiFi code on it. The day before check out we got misleading information about scooter payment that it can be paid by card. The night before check out we went to settle the bill and been told that we need to withdraw money because the scooter needs to be paid by cash and we needed money for taxi to airport too. The receptionists even thought were nice they clearly did not understand what we were trying to say which is a pity and one would assume that the receptionists should speak English well. Overall we left disappointed. It’s a 4-star hotel, we were expecting more for money we paid.

We loved the lovely private beach, friendly staff and the fact that a scooter was organised for us in 5 minutes without us needing to leave the resort :)

Coral Cliff Beach Resort felt like a little slice of paradise. We were there for three nights only as a long weekend break and it was a pretty close-to-perfect stay. The rooms were spacious (we had a sea view), beds were very comfortable and the staff was super attentive. Breakfast was humble, but there was a variety of everything that would be essential to start the day right. And the resort's cat was hanging around the lobby a lot which I, as a cat lover, appreciated a lot.

It was beachfront but the rocks and coral are very sharp. Staff were pleasant.
It is difficult walking anywhere without using the main road and the road is very busy. We were originally placed in a room next to the road and hardly got any sleep for the first 3 nights until we upgraded to a room near the pool area. I had booked and prepaid for our accommodation 6 months in advance and were given the worst room in the resort.
