Nice accommodation and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and big. Breakfast was very good.
We didn’t have good weather unfortunately and it did impact our trip in Crete. But I have to say, I wouldn’t recommend the area. It’s not close to any nice beaches, felt very touristy and busy. The Oldtown is the nicer part though with nicer restaurants and bars so we are grateful we didn’t stay any closer to the beaches. No shade, it’s just not quite what we enjoy and probably should have done more research on the area (we couple in mid 30s).
To note, it has a lot of stairs in the accommodation and not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities. When we arrived there was a guest screaming at the receptionist about this, being really quite nasty (the staff member was very polite and restrained) but it clearly isn’t good for anyone with a significant disability (the whole Oldtown area isn’t) Just in case anyone needs this information or it isn’t obvious from the website.
But, the accommodation is nice and comfortable and would recommend staying here if you enjoy the area!

Very clean throughout and the staff were so friendly!
It was a little difficult at times to secure a sun-bed by the pool, as there are limited numbers compared to the amount of rooms.

The room was very big
Parking was not explained before arrival and is critical in this area and they were not available when we called to ask
Many many many stairs to get to the room..
The water is not drinkable. Which is OK and they supplied a bottle of water. But the water was not pleasant even to show in.
Old TV. Not smart.
