Overall it was good value for money and very clean. It was also in a quiet location even though only a few minutes from Crawley town centre. Everything I needed was provided, and the staff really accommodating.
The bathroom was very tiny but the shower was great. Good parking right outside
There was only one pillow on the bed, but I took my own so it wasn't a problem. Also the bed was firmer that I would have liked but was ok and I slept well. The radiator didn't seem to work but a convector heater was provided which did warm up the room quickly

Clean, quiet and welcoming. Easy taxi transfer to and from the airport. Parking available.

Very handy for the airport and comfortable, quiet and parking available. Early check-in and friendly host made our stay fine. Good TV and comfy bed with access on the ground flour to the garden.
The toilet/shower was tiny but worked ok. The general feel of the place was slightly messy and dated but it was fine for one night before a flight.

Bed was comfy, great location and friendly host.
Room could be more thoroughly cleaned (lots of dust and cobwebs), better locks on door, better heating in the room (used a fan heater), also could be explained better that it is an outhouse/garage set-up rather than a hotel or guest house.
