The location was lovely by the lake. The staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel was clean throughout
The hotel is dated, orange pine furniture that were slickly became of the product used and the whole decor was straight out of the eighties. The shower in my room 107 was not very powerful that I had trouble getting the shampoo out of my hair
That didn’t spoil our stay as we are at a family wedding

Sitting outside near the lake and ducks was refreshing
It’s a bit dated, the tv was really really small,
And slamming of doors all night,

The opportunity to swap an eat in breakfast for takeaway sandwiches. Very helpful.
Room was due for decoration in my opinion.

I found the breakfast did not reach my expectations, waiting time too long, overall the system needs updating especially cooked breakfast it needs to be a self served buffet
The waiting, some improvements are needed ie toaster
