We appreciated the welcome we received from the reception staff - especially Antonio who went above & beyond to help us - Gerard & the charming girls. Attentive waiters made lunch or dinner beside the pool a pleasure. And the lush tropical gardens were a lovely place to sit quietly and relax. The location was good for us because it was a quiet area but there were a few eating places along the shore within walking distance. The old Spanish building was beautiful and quite atmospheric, no wonder couples choose it as a wedding venue - so romantic!
There really was nothing we did not like.

Poolside service, breakfast and evening meals.
Very difficult to find anywhere to park near the Marquis de Campo, the main shopping centre.

Lovely room on first floor with sea view. We returned after previous visit when they were so kind to our dogs. Brilliantly convenient to arrive/depart the Ibiza/Denia ferry. Lovely pool and nice staff.

Disappointing to have only juliet balcony. We expected a balcony we could access. Bedside lights didnot work and bidet was not clean.
