The location was excellent and it was small and quiet. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city was beautiful. The staff was excellent in making dinner reservations for me before we arrived and very helpful.

Our room had a terrace overlooking the old city which was delightful. This hotel is small and authentic. The staff were few but vey helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and lounge areas were quaint and charming with a great outlook.
Accessing the hotel in Siena’s old town streets needs careful planning. This is not a criticism but is useful information.
