Room was clean, hotel was nice, staff were helpful.
The lift- only one small lift.
In the picture itLooks closer to Eiffel tower than it actually is.
I could not get a drink at the bar early evening as the bar man had gone home.

Convenient location and the staff was friendly
Rooms are a little bit small. It was fine because we were out and exploring Paris.

It was clean and had the 24 hour front desk. The location is perfect with great restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Short walks to amazing attractions.
The room was small but livable but the bathroom was awful. The bathtub made it impossible to shower and was very hard for those with a disability to get in and out.
The breakfast was awful and very expensive for what was there.
The day check in staff was a bit curt and was very unhappy when asked to check in a bit early. I was very ill with food poisoning from the flight over. He was put out to say the least.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and last time it was perfect!!! This made me a bit sad as this place was one of my good memories from our trip last time. Not sure I’d do it for a third time.
