Woodcote Hotel

Fantastic staff overall great place

My bed wasn’t very comfortable

The staff were all brilliant 👏🏻👏🏻 I had a problem with the door on arrival the staff came immediately and sorted me out I wanted a fridge and again they brought me one immediately I found when I had left the hotel on a night out that I had lost my phone .. I rang the hotel as I had been waiting for a lift in the door way but after looking they said it wasn’t there . About 5 minutes later they rang me back and said that a kitchen porter taking rubbish out had found it on the car park ..I was so grateful it had all my cards in it so I was very lucky that the man had been so honest . All the staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel was very well positioned for Hooton and Chester Clean

Unfortunately I got the last available room which was a twin and I would have preferred a double

The room was large and spacious. Everywhere was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was lovely and good value

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and lumpy. I got very little sleep

No breakfast taken, only continental available. Bar and restaurant shut on a Monday
