Staff were exceptional - really warm welcome, and good advice on local hostelries.
The lady from Honk Kong looking after us at breakfast was so kind, she really looked after us and made us feel right at home. Apologies, I did not get her name or a chance to thank her in person - she was amazing.
Nothing - everything was fantastic !

I loved the location and the hotel itself. Still has old fashioned charm
Fan in the bathroom didn't work. I had stayed in the very same room in May and the ripped curtain was still the same. Small detail but important. My sister stayed in the room next door. Coffee machine in her room, none in ours

Rooms were clean & comfortable
Location excellent
Use of big function
Good value for money
Breakfast lady very unpleasant. Made us feel very unwanted & uncomfortable.
Asked for more eggs she said no. Asked us to sit in lobby when breakfast was still on.
