The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and filling.

The breakfast was very good and the service friendly. The location is good but no evening meal is available so one has to walk to the nearby Clayton hotel, which is not far away.
There was no selection of teas available in the room, only Barry's tea. A better selection to include non-caffeinated teas such as mint or lemon & ginger would be good.

Feet up in the recliner chair!

Nice bathroom and hot shower. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
I kept expecting breakfast to be excellent as per reviews, but options were very limited to a full irish and two choices of scrambled egg.
The rooms are not very sound proof. Was awoken by drunk guests returning at 2am who were loud and were loud in the hallway, and no staff to tell them to be quiet, and could continue to hear them in the room adjacent.
The floor creaked a lot and the bed was half broken so whenever my partner turned over the bed shook violently.
There is a lack of a receptionist and was very difficult to get someone to assist with check out and had to interrupt the breakfast staff.
The car park is deep gravel and feels the car is about to get stuck.
