Location, very clean, staff polite and attentive
The prices have increased however Bar was shut before 11pm and although rooms are very nice they are a bit dated. No a/c etc.

More explanation of the “house rooms” and how many stairs with carrying luggage 🤦♀️
The lack of bellman to carry bags up the stairs.

The location
The room feels quite outdated. Many of the furnishings are old, and several areas are in need of maintenance and renovation. The room could definitely benefit from some updates to make it feel fresher and more comfortable.
