Very good downtown location. My room was quiet because it was not on the street side. They are re-doing the rooms in much of the hotel. Breakfast was very well displayed, all was fresh and amounts were generous for the entire self service set up. Staff was very helpful for everything.
The room was hot because the curtains were wide open and the sun was beating in. It took the AC all night to adequately cool the room.

Great location city center of Adana
The pool is small but nice and not too crowded
The breakfast is nice and quite big choice of food
Plus for rooms being cleaned every day
We booked a normal room but we got a small apartment with 2 rooms - thanks for that, lots of space
Beds comfortable
Bed clothes clean
In general the room was clean
There is a TV in every room but we did not have time to watch it
Wifi worked fine
There is nice restaurant called kayak kebab walking distance from the hotel
There are also lots of shops, hazard and restaurants around
The standard was good for the price.
The hotel is rather old, when it was built it was a very good quality one, but now the equipment is rather old, but some items or parts have been renovated or replaced.
Tip for the hotel: you need to clean limescale and grout between tiles in the bathrooms and showers close to the pool for example using Karcher. Some of the parts are highly covered with this.
Some parts of the room need repair like walls, shower head is broken, etc.
I saw there was an offer in reception of extra massages and hammam but I think it was too expensive.

Local distance to markets.
Water was delayed, rooms were dingy and cold. Proper bedding was not provided. Could hear everything outside. Swimming facilities was not open. Female staff were friendly, male staff were dismissive.
