The view, people and rooms are amazing! I would definitely stay here again if I come back. They have a nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and the sunsets are amazing! Definitely recommend!
Personally I love a spa night in my hotel, unfortunately there is no spa facility in the accommodation. They do have an option to do a spa day at an other hotel they work with.

Lovely setting with superb caldera views and an attractive communal pool. The room was clean and comfortable and well-serviced every day. We had an unheated plunge pool which was still warm enough to use in October.
Friendly staff.
Overall it was fine, if expensive for what was offered. More a question of making suggestions for improvement...
The hotel is a 15 minute hill walk away from Akrotiri so better suited to travelling by car if staying more than a couple of days.
Breakfast was poor for a 4* hotel. Although fine for quantity, the quality was average and the offerings repetitive with little variation over 5 days. We later stayed in a family-run 3* at half the price but which served a far superior breakfast.
Just one slow coffee machine poorly sited in a corner next to a juice machine so that only one could operate at a time leading to tiresome queuing. Cats prowling around at breakfast were also annoying.
Hotel reception was lacking in useful information, such as readily available bus timetables and maps. Should not assume everyone wants to use taxis or private cars.
The transfer to/from airport and port was complimentary although this is not made clear. It is listed in facilities suggesting free of charge but elsewhere it says additional charge. One receptionist suggested it wasn't but another said it was!
Need to make it clear in the FAQs. It was a factor in us booking.
We had to leave early our last morning. The suggested 7am departure for the port proved to be far too early for a 9am sailing. Appreciate it gets very busy at peak periods but that was excessive.
Although given takeaway breakfast boxes the contents were extremely disappointing - a simple pappy whitebread sandwich and an item of fruit. No drink, no pastry. At nearly £200 per night? Hmm

The location was amazing. Looked fantastic. The design of the actual hotel and pool-area was very nice. Staff was very helpful with the things we asked for help with (car-rental).
These are things that was bad, considering the price of the hotel. We expected a lot more.
Breakfast was terrible. More aligned to a much much cheaper hotel. The eating-area seemed to be en afterthought, and designed badly, allthough the view from it was great. Manager told us they served dinner/roomservice, but we never saw a menu.
Cleaning was not good. They changed bedlinen, wiped the floor, but that was it. "Clean" towels were damp, and did not smell good. Spots stayed where they were for days.
We had a room with a private pool, but at end of sept it was useless, because the water was too cold (sun-warmed pool) A bit unfair to say so maybe, because it was VERY windy when we were there, so air-temp was too low compared to the pool.
Summary is just that our stay was not worth the price we paid. We expected more.
