I had a wonderful experience at Tanei Angkor Resort & Spa. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive, always available and happy to help with anything you may need. Their warm hospitality makes you feel comfortable and well looked after throughout your stay.
The tours and activities organised by the hotel were fantastic and truly enhanced my experience in Siem Reap. A special highlight was the Phare Cambodian Circus, as well as the cooking class, where I had the opportunity to learn about traditional Cambodian cuisine, prepare authentic local dishes myself and receive guidance and advice from the chef. It was a fun, enriching and memorable cultural experience!
The hotel’s ability to organise such wonderful activities makes exploring Cambodia even more enjoyable and convenient. I really appreciated the personal attention and the team’s willingness to help guests make the most of their stay.
I highly recommend Tanei Angkor Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Siem Reap, especially travellers looking for warm hospitality and authentic local experiences.

The room is incredibly large and well appointed, beautiful, with a large bed, large bathroom and large desk. I got sick during my 16-day stay and actually ended up in the local hospital, but the staff at this hotel brought me my necessary things to make my 3-day hospital stay more comfortable. The Restaurant service staff, the cleaning staff, the front desk staff, their appointed tuk tuk drivers - this is what makes this place so wonderful. Nice pool, too! Although I didn’t get to use it due to my illness.
There were a few things that didn’t work properly when I first arrived, but all I had to do was send them a WhatsApp message and literally they were at my room within 15 minutes to correct it. Nearly no place I’ve ever stayed is absolutely perfect but they really tried to quickly correct anything I brought to their attention.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The rooms were nice and big and the bathroom is beautiful. A nice bathtub to relax. The breakfast was decent. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful.
Our bed was far from the air con, so we could not feel the cool air. It was very humid in the room. We had to move our bed so that we were able to sleep.
