About this apartment rental
If you are looking for tranquility and serenity in a paradise location that feels miles away, yet is only minutes from restaurants and services, then this is the condo for you. Miles of pristine beach to enjoy.....bring your fishing pole for some fishing along the shore. Rent a kayak and explore the estuary. Or, just relax poolside or in the hot tub while listening to the waves hit the shore. The condo overlooks EVERYTHING - look to the west and see whale hill, to the north for downtown lights, and to the east all the way along the shore to the Mayan Palace. The condo has been decorated to delight the most particular. A fully stocked kitchen, wet bar & separate beverage center in the LR, romantic fireplace, and wrap-around patio with private hot tub are just a few of the amenities. Mr Br has a king-size bed, Br#2 has a queen, and Br#3 has 2 twin beds. All three bedrooms have access to exterior patios, private bathrooms and extraordinary views. The elevator in the underground parking brings you directly into the foyer of your Mexico home. Bedrooms #2 & 3 are very separate from the master and the living area and have their own private service bar with undercounter refrigerator, sink and microwave. On-site manager is extremely helpful and the entire staff is very pleasant.

I must say this was an amazing place to stay at. Everyone was welcoming from the moment we got to the gate. Zara was very nice and good at communicating. The condo itself, well… I am speechless very clean, super comfortable and loved the views from the 6th floor. This place has everything we were looking for to rest, reset and keep noise down from the big crowds. I’ll definitely be booking more often at this place when coming to Rocky point.

We have stayed in many different beach-front homes in Las Conchas and in a few resorts along Sandy Beach. This condo rates up near the top of my list! It's a newer property and perfect for VRBO setup in that it has a very large living area, functional kitchen with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. The condo is located next to the estuary, and from the wrap around balcony the views are incredible in two directions. Garage parking is a plus, along with semi-private elevator. Owner (Penni) was very responsive when one of the three AC units was acting up and it was quickly resolved. We would definitely return here again.

The property, location, condo staff, and the owner/property manager was simply perfect/amazing. We stayed 5 nights, I wish we had stayed/booked for longer, we will be coming back for a longer stay next time
