This was a favourite stay of our trip we could happily have stayed for longer! The staff were so lovely and thoughtful and our room was beautiful. We loved the choice of food on an evening and for breakfast. The view from our room was nice and the beds were very comfy. It was also super convenient just across the road from the ferry terminal.

It's a beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast could have a bit more variety but the French toast made for the shortfall. Highly recommend. No view in the back rooms, but you can open the shutters in the bathroom to look at the trees.
Onsen is not tattoo friendly which is fair. But would be great if they would sell tattoo sheets. Would not mind the additional cost.
The room is air conditioned but it's blowing directly onto the bed.
Dinner is a buffet style. A mix of Japanese and Western Cousine .. It was tasty but for the price I would prefer a sit down menu.

The staff could not be more helpful:)
Great location, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, great Onsen. Good selection food. Lots of add ons.
The pyjamas made of synthetic material.
It would have been nice to have bathrobes available on request.

Good location. Nice onsen. Nice lounge areas.
Slightly basic restaurant and room; the room felt old fashioned with separate poky loo, open basin within the corridor and small shower over bath.
