The Spa Facilities were a brilliant touch that added a hint of luxury to our stay. As we were running a half marathon, we found these excellent for our recovery too. The location was excellent as the seafront was a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants & shops within a stones throw of the building.
Lastly, I'd like to comment on how friendly and welcoming the staff were, they are an excellent reflection on the property.
There was nothing that could have improved our stay.

Great location, excellent value. Was pretty quiet for the heart of the Spanish Quarter. Loads of bars restaurants and coffee shops right outside. It is a short walk from the toledo metro station. We were able to leave our bags after check-out, and we were sent codes to return and collect them later that day. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a steep flight of stairs but nothing crazy. There was a smart tv I could log into streaming services with no problem.

Amazing location, nice room. Clear guidance how to get into the room. Nice balcony with two chairs overlooking the Spanish quarter.

Shower/toilet slide door was stuck! So if you wanted to use the toilet the door always remained open. An unusual smell was alleviated by room fresheners left around the place. Staff did facilitate an early bag drop and a taxi to airport the following morning.
