A lovely interior apartment, ideally located in Eixample Dret, in an early 20th-century building.
Just a five-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, Gaudรญ Boulevard, and San Pablo Hospital.
Right across from the San Pablo/Dos de Mayo Blue Line metro station. This is an interior apartment, which is why itโs so quiet and relaxing.
With metro access, you can reach the shopping district in just a few minutes: Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batllรณ, La Pedrera, and Plaza Catalunya.
Itโs also well-served by buses (nearest stops: 15, 19, 20, 45, 47, 92, and the tourist bus).
Standard check-in is at 17:00-20:00 and check-out is at 10 a.m. These terms may be modified, whenever possible, by mutual agreement between both parties.

It was great stay. The location is perfect. Walkable to almost all of attractions. Metro and multiple restaurants are also close.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento piccolo ma ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. A pochi passi da una stazione della metro e alcune centinaia di metri dalla Sagrada Famiglia.
Da tenere in considerazine. Un particolare ringraziamento a Elisenda e Neus, che con i loro consigli ci sono stati molto vicini.

Central location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see although transit was very close if we needed. Grocery and fruit stores were plentiful on the street and around the corner as were restaurants/cafes. The apartment was comfortable with a real dryer and large fridge. Fresh air circulation was not the best but the fan and cooling unit helped.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, funktional eingerichtet mit gutem Bett und kompletter Kรผche; zur Regulierung des Klimas steht eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator zur Verfรผgung. Damit eignet sich die Wohnung recht gut fรผr einen Kurzurlaub, wenn die Ansprรผche nicht zu hoch sind. Elisenda ist eine prima Vermieterin, die Kommunikation hat problemlos und zeitnah geklappt. Und die Lage ist super mit der U-Bahn vor der Tรผr.
Einziger Nachteil aus unserer Sicht ist die innenliegende Lage der Wohnung. D. h. hinter den Rollos verbergen sich zwar Fenster, aber sie fรผhren auf einen Schacht; die nรคchste Wand ist einen Meter entfernt. Damit kommen weder frische Luft noch Licht in die Wohnung; diesen Aspekt hatten wir unterschรคtzt. Wer damit klar kommt, fรผr den ist diese Wohnung ideal. Vielen Dank!
