Great location and food was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Local restaurants very nice and great value for money.

It's a really big property with a lot of facilities. The infinity pool was a highlight. The front office staff Alda was very helpful - she catered to all our needs. I had booked this for my husbands birthday - Alda was really kind to organise a little complimentary surprise. The cleaning staff and the team did an amazing job with the birthday decor. Also we enjoyed the spa services provided and the breakfast selection was also good.
There's nothing. It's a beautiful place.

Location, lovely staff
The smell in the first room was horrible, it smelled of urine. The staff was great and offered to change our room

Interesting architecture and art. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Loud music everywhere - including inappropriate rap for young kids. Not relaxing. Staff accused my mother of drinking alcohol from fridge when she doesn’t drink. A bottle had been left from previous occupants. I also requested a kettle three times for my mother but it was never delivered.
