First of all, Murat exceeded expectations with great hospitality and energy; very professional. Great room facilities; very good breakfast with many options. Great hotel location.
Wifi had issues one full day due to a local issue, so not hotel related i would say, but also in the rest, it was slow speed and disconnecting.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Barbera. The location is excellent—most of the main sightseeing spots are within about a 15-minute walk, and the tram and metro stations are only a couple of minutes away, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. It was also convenient for getting to and from the airport.
The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. A special thank you to Kürşat, who was incredibly helpful. He helped us book a restaurant and gave us lots of useful advice for our daily walks around Istanbul, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast is fairly modest, but good, and they make fresh eggs in any style you like.
Our room was small, but very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. There was a coffee maker, kettle, bathrobes, slippers, and everything we needed. Just one small note: there was no hand lotion provided.
Even though the hotel is very close to a busy tourist area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The soundproofed windows worked very well, and we slept without any street noise disturbing us.
Overall, Hotel Barbera is a lovely boutique hotel with a great location, welcoming staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
Nothing! Everything was good

Everything was top-notch, starting with the hotel, cleanliness, location, breakfast, but above all, full praise for the hotel staff who were very pleasant and professional.
