Visited here middle of October with 4 kids. Very good service.
Kids loved the pool and the staff.
It takes around 15min to walk to night market, pretty okay location.
Pool and outdoor areas are smaller than it looked from the pictures..
Good aircon, not noisy at all.
Breakfast was just toast with jelly, watermelon and coffee, tea and juice.
You was served with scrabled egs or omelet if you asked, we only knew because we read the reviews from here.

Pool was nice, breakfast was nice (choice of eggs), bacon and toast on offer. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Close proximity to baguette Hua Hin well priced bakery. Garden was also nice 😊
Only one thing is could do with plug next to bed to charge phone.

Superb value for money.
Comfortable room.
Will definitely return.
Nothing worth banging a drum about.
But I would advise management to clean the air conditioning units (filters, etc) to ensure the air is odourless.

I always love coming back to this property, the staff are great and the facilities are very very good, and it’s nice and close to places that I want to visit.
Nothing not to like.
