The property is an absolute gem, the landlords are an extremely assertive couple with an excellent sense of humour and very kind. The design of the property is boutique, with an extremely high quality and attention to detail decoration. The property is a XIX century building architecture and the collection of art objects that are decorating the property is of a great variety. Th exceptional cleanliness and the attention of the hosts is impressive.
The property it’s located in a very quiet area of the town, not far from the main road but far enough from the noise of the traffic, only 10 minutes walk from the several shops, the main route towards the most hiking access routes to the mountains, 30 minutes walk to the car cable, 15 minutes from the town centre and the train station.
The property has all rooms facing the most idyllic side of the mountain range, over the town.
All rooms have extremely large king-size beds, large rooms, super-clean shower rooms on suite, with storage facilities and very large windows with view over the town towards the mountains.
Central heating system extremely warm and some have beautiful fire places.
The dining area is also very clean and comfortable with breakfast served at request.
Only a five-minute walk from the location is one of the best restaurants in the area that I highly recommend.
The property is a family-run business and the owners are fantastic people, very educated and knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating, with excellent customer skills and flexible services.
The stay was an absolute delight and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality place in Busteni, looking for a retreat or an experience in a place where history, architecture and culture meet.
There is a particularly of this property that one must be aware before booking that if there are mobility problems this location can be challenging due to the old age of the construction, and the beautiful architecture, might create an issue for accessing it from the road and possibly if trying to get access to the upper floors.
One must be aware that this is an XIX century architectural design and the property is located on a steep slope of the mountain with a great view but limited to the position of the building, being also an enlisted building there are restrictions on the amount of modernisation can be applied.

The house itself. It still keeps the old time vibes, is quiet, relaxing, dreamy at times- that is if any neighbor decides to transport you back in the modern times with noises . Overall i love the house and i think it has so much potential.
The Cezar Petrescu memorial house is just few steps away.
Is a family business so there are still some organizatoric factors to be improved here and there. Thus it is visible that the hosts are putting in the effort.
Price vs services balance - I would say that is not in equilibrium.
