Liked location. Quiet. A couple of things need to be fixed

Very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and places we wanted to go.

Toilet seat needs to be fixed. Shower door doesn’t close well and water leaks out. Need directions on which detergent is for clothes washer and which is for dish washer.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Would recommend

Fantastic location - Timeout Market/Train station just around the corner

4th floor of the building so plenty of stairs to get up if you struggle with them

9 / 10

We had a comfortable stay & was very central particularly the railway station that we used

Very near to Sao Bento station

Need more glasses & mugs

The location is best

Great location. Good value for money (for the offer I got). Working appliances. Decent size.

Complicated until you get all the details to get into the apartment. Not ideal if booked spontaneously. Worked out in the end though. Warm water storage is limited for multiple people having a long shower. One has to keep that in mind.
