After the renovation the hotel feels like a true 5* all inclusive experience. I loved the fact that everything is included in the all inclusive package unlike most hotels.
The staff made the experience exceptional as they were ready to accommodate every request. Special thanks to Inna at the pool bar for the amazing margaritas.
The staff at the buffet restaurant could have been better.
Some rooms need more renovation

Most things, spacious, clean, great kids pool.
Restaurant restrictions and an over 18s option that wasn’t clear when booking
