The welcome and interest of the personnel was very special and sincere! In summer tourism is low but above the treeline we could go for magnificent hikes and meet flocks of sheep and goats at temperatures perfect for hiking and 10 degrees less than other parts of Macedonia. Also loved the private visit to the free spa.

Its one of those hotels and places that bring back childhood memories of summer holidays:) Beautifully renovated retro hotel with a stunning view of the Prespa Lake. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, probably had the best sleep in weeks there :) very comfortable mattresses and pristine nature around. The reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinners are great with local menu options and great prices. The location is ideal for exploring Prespa and the Galicica National Park. Overall greatly recommended! We will be back for sure!

Not as it was described. It was average breakfast and very bad coffee.
The beds were large and wide, but the bottom was extremely hard and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Hard as a brick.
It would be good if the management paid more attention to this, because guests come to rest, and in this case that was not possible with such uncomfortable mattresses. We came to rest, but we left even more tired and sleepless.
The toilets were also unfinished, especially the part where the shower is located.
One suggestion: the employees who maintain the yard worked in the morning with machines that were very loud, so sleeping later or talking on the terrace during breakfast were impossible.
Location and the nicely mentained backyard.
