The charm of an old house completely renovated. This rental is located in the heart of the village of Epine, quiet, close to all shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, cafe, restaurant, tobacco press ...)

A lovely gite, very comfortable. It was a very quiet area apart from on 2 nights when we stayed (in June), there was a travelling fair very close by which was extremely noisy until 12.30am the first night and 2am on the second night. If you like it quiet (like we do) maybe check if the fair is there before booking. The gite didn't have a fan when we stayed so take your own if you go in hot weather. The gite is a great place to stay and in a great location to explore the beautiful island. We loved the restaurants in Noirmoutier town which was a 5 minute drive away. The host is always quick to respond. I wasn't able to write this review sooner as the links didn't work on the emails that Vrbo sent, I noticed today that I could review from the app

The gite was the perfect setting for our month on the island of Noirmoutier. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light, and the private terrace is perfect for dining outdoors. It is ideally situated, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach, but the one-way street location is quiet and very peaceful. We had everything we needed for an extended holiday, and enjoyed the convenience of a private parking space. Veronique was a great host who communicated frequently and was very responsive when there was a small problem with the internet. I highly recommend this gite for couples or small families vacationing in L'Epine!

We had the most enjoyable stay in this wonderful stone house . We received a very warm welcome from the hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. Accommodation is in a great location well equipped with everything we needed. The island is a great location for cycling even managed to get bikes delivered . Really enjoyed pastries bought from the local bakery at the end of the road. A truly enjoyable holiday thank you . We will return
