We were in the off season and had a great time. Still many apartments were booked. We heard that in peak seasons (summer and winter), the area and also the bistro is very busy.
Breakfast is available in the bistro next door. We had breakfast twice and it didn't disappoint. The breakfast for guests of the apartments is in buffet form, even when you're the only guests having breakfast. Locals also drop by to get something for breakfast at the bar (not as a buffet), so that's a good sign too. We can also recommend the bistro for lunch.
For breakfast there is plenty to choose from. While this didn't apply to us, if you are vegan your options may feel more limited. You can skip meat if you are vegetarian, but there are a lot of diary products, eggs and honey. Maybe if you ask they can provide something different (we don't know).
