Location. Hotel is ten minutes walk from Central station and close to lots of key sights
Rooms were very clean
Beds were super comfortable
The lounge area is very nice and cosy
Luggage could be stored before and after your stay
Big bottle of shampoo/body wash and no conditioner in the shower. I usually bring my own but to save space this time I didn't.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable and has a really nice atmosphere. Everything was generally of a good standard and we enjoyed our two nights in Brussels.
The biggest issue for us was the lighting in the room. After dark, even with all the available lights switched on, the room was extremely dark and it was difficult to see properly. The hotel should really look into improving the lighting or adding stronger/more lamps, as this made the room much less comfortable in the evening. We also felt that the price was slightly high for the overall experience.

Location
Very small rooms. And very basic furnishing of the rooms. No water, tea, coffee or a kettle in the room. Breakfast is ok but not diverse enough.
