Central close to Kota Tua
Some staffs can be more proffesionals. The day before I arrange the shuttle. The morning, they were looking for sufficient e-money for the 'toll-cards'

Overall, CiTi M Hotel delivers great services- from courteous staff to great food. The location is perfect and strategic. Very accessible.
Dripping air-conditioning unit but it was fixed immediately.

I stayed here for the close proximity to the Gambir Train Station. The breakfast was amazing, such variety and great dishes! I was offered a complimentary drive to the train station in the morning which was unexpected and much appreciated! Terima Kasih!
The room was a good size but a little damp smelling. The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

Very good price. Easy to locate for transportation. Just manage your expectations.
The towels were a bit musty. Very limited breakfast selection.

"Kind staff. Situated in a nice neighborhood. The airco was not so powerful, but i liked this, the air was not too dry due to this so no irritated airways."
