It is far from everything, but stop is close.

So the number on the booking.com website is incorrect. We could not get in touch with anyone to let us in, so we called booking.com and they tried and that didn't work. And all booking could say was that they would send us a link and to look up somewhere else and book it and get there by ourselves and they would look into. Our phones were almost flat at 8.30pm, no way to charge, out in the middle of nowhere. So no help whatsoever. Eventually after two hours and thousands of mosquito bites later, the lady who looks after the place, messaged us and we could get in. Must say she is absolutely lovely. The showers are too small, and so you have to leave the doors open to shower, which means the water goes everywhere. The washing machine is ancient and mouldy. TV doesn't work. A lot of the shutters are rotting. Pool needs a good clean. We were left with no power from the morning after we arrived and it lasted 48 hours, we couldn't charge phones, battery packs etc. We had no hot water, all the food in the fridge had to be thrown out, we couldn't use the washing machine or the pool and the only thing the owner offered us was a meal out. And then with the multiple times we tried calling and emailing booking.com nobody helped us. Was not a good start to our holiday in Sorrento.

Poor stay with lots of issues

Location was really good, it was very close to sorrento. Anna was really helpful, and kind. She tried her best to make our stay comfortable. There was no air conditioning and it was extremely hot inside the house. She provides us an extra fan and even gave us some basic things in Kitchen.

1. It was too hard to find the location, i think owner really should work on it. There was no board to locate the location. We struggled a lot. 2. There were lots of ants inside and outside the house. We woke up everyday with ants bites. 3. Shower area is extremely poor. There isnt enough space to move around in the shower area. Also drainage was really bad in shower area. 4. Washing machine was really bad, it was all rusty and too old to use. 5. There was just one fan and it was extremely hot during the month of June. We couldnt sleep properly. Also it was not possible to open the windows. I saw lizard like reptiles in the garden area and we were too scared to keep our windows open during the nights. And one of the room is close to either garbage area or similar smelly area,I opened window for couple of mins and whole room was smelling like a trash can. Overall it was a very poor stay, my family didnt really like it. I think only good part was the staff - Anna , who helped her a lot. Overall i think it was a very poor stay

One didn't work very well either as the water from the head trickled out instead of spraying. No access available to the fitness room, even though advertised so. No ironing facilities. The coffee machine? Was that the percolators that had to be bolied on the hob. If so, that isn't a coffee machine and take ages to boil. No kettele to make tea either. Couldn't get the grill to work on the oven either.
