I had a wonderful and very peaceful stay here. The staff were amazing, incredibly friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Putu, who helped me organise laundry even though the hotel doesn’t offer this service. The location was superb if you’re looking for somewhere tranquil and relaxing, surrounded by the sounds of nature and away from the crowds. I stayed in the suite, and even when other guests were staying at the property, I barely noticed them. It felt as though I had the place almost to myself, which made the experience even more special. The local people were also very friendly, and the food was delicious. I appreciated having tea, coffee, and drinking water available in the room.

The only things I would suggest improving are the restaurant menu and the massage service. The menu was a little unusual, not quite typical Western or Indonesian cuisine. The dishes were tasty, but after a few days I found myself craving simpler options, such as eggs with rice or an omelette with a side salad. The massage I tried also felt quite rushed and, unfortunately, made me feel more tense rather than relaxed.

Beautiful views, rooms tidy and stunning complex. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing! Loved all of it :)

Everything , that’s why this is our 4 th time I’ve been here. I come here to completely relax, the little restaurant serves immaculately great food, very helpful and friendly staff, Mr. Putu the manager is friendly to his customers and staff.

Nothing

Good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the pool is not maintained well, it is very muddy.

Pool is dirty, TV is not working (only view local channels available). Breakfast was plain.
