Comfortable, quiet, roomy, easy access and mostly friendly
The jug was extremly dirty, someone had obviously boiled milk in it, left a note for it to be changed over, didnt get changed, left it on the bed on the second day with a note, a replacement jug was 'Dumped' on the table. not even placed back in the right place, nor set up. it was a blatant rude resonse to my polite note asking for it to be exchanged. The cleaner needs a little bump of motivation and customer excelance.
