Location, very clean and relatively modern appearance
Noise around the room from other guests during the night.
Not the property’s issue and only a short term problem, but it was disturbing to have to walk through the noisy pokies to get to the service desk, with no way of avoiding this. I’m glad my children are of an age we could leave them in the car and not have to have them with us when checking in

Easy to find .Short drive to town centre. Clean. You could get dinner at the hotel and the staff were very kind to bring the dinner to our room if we needed it.
The room we had was a 3 bed “ suite”. There was only one bathroom that was accessed only from bed 1 or bed 2 meaning that you had to go into someone’s bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not ideal for adult friends. It was very basic accommodation.
