The villa had everything we needed and walking distance to most places we wanted to go. It is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Maria organised breakfast and day to day needs, she was absolutely fantastic, and really contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was lovely and we liked our outside private space for our morning coffee.
On waiting for our taxi on departure I sat at the seat at the front, one of the owners arrived to wait for arriving guests. After an initial hello, I was distracted for a second and the next I knew he was sitting at their neighbouring property to wait there instead. I felt that was an opportunity missed. No good bye, thanks for your stay, or hope you come back again. It was obvious that we were leaving. At a place so small it is good to appreciate your guests and their custom.

This is a lovely luxurious guesthouse, with super comfy rooms and really nice staff. We had the best breakfast experience every morning. The garden with the pool is very relaxing. We stayed during the Afronation Festival. It was one of the few places, where you could have some quite and peace and recharge, before going back to the festival.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Fantastic breakfast, Maria was superb! Lovely room, Aircon in the room was great, pretyy much blackout blinds which was fab. Villa is quiet as only 5 rooms in the villa, often had the pool to ourselves. 10-15 minute walk from Praia da Roche beach but quiet area with plenty of restaurants nearby, easy to park right outside. chickens next door could be a bit noisy but found it quite nice rather than annoying.
Only things we thought could be improved on would be to have a safe in the room and tea and coffee available in the room (available in the kitchen tho).
