1. That it is located in the Shinagawa train station which made it very convinient.
2. My room and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. Having the double bed was a bonus.
3. There was an aiport bus service from the opposite hotel and the hotel had a 7-11 too.
1. The uphill walk to get to the hotel which is inconvinient esp when you are tired or have bigger/heavier luggage

The room was a little small, but suited our needs. The bed was pretty comfortable. Housekeeping arrangements were fine as well. The staff were very helpful and can assist in sending your bags on to your next hotel. The location is fairly convenient, although Shinagawa station can be very busy and although it is close to the hotel, you will have to go uphill after a long day to get there! Neither of those things are related to the hotel itself though!
There are only two washer/dryers for 7 or so floors of rooms. They accept coins and card payments, but you will sometimes find there is a lack of availability or others waiting to wash their clothes whilst you unload or even before you get there.

Yo diría que es normal. Nada más que agregar
Súper pequeñas las habitaciones. No caben ni siquiera las maletas de mano prácticamente y para familias es complicado
