Location and cleanliness. Breakfast was great.
The AC did not work so it never got below 75 in the room unless I opened the window to the street noise. I brought this up to the staff and they said it was too cold outside for the AC to work.

Location was amazing, close to everything you need and more!
Reception staff were so very helpful and kind!
The accommodation had a lift which was superb!
The room had ample space, everything was clean and tidy! Our room had a very nice outside balcony! Loved room 205!
Free parking was very close!
The property was perfect and very price appropriate!
Was a little tricky finding the place with the narrow roads and with the car. Once you know, you know.
