Everything was amazing here!! It was so pretty, the rooms had character and were clean, the setting was beautiful. The food was tasty and traditional. The staff were so friendly, we felt very warmly welcomed. Very helpful staff too. I can’t emphasise how lovely the staff were! As an animal lover, it was a nice to have animals situated around the place too.
I’d say only downside is the location is a little outside the Marrakesh centre so you’d have to get taxis everywhere. For excursions we were quite often out of the “pick up zone” so had to get taxis to the pick up zone and back. Taxis were cheap and always available though and staff were at hand to help us with taxis when we needed. As long as you’re prepared for that, you’re fine! Also, after seeing the place, we’d happily compromise location a little for a place like this!

Tres bel endroit. Tout etait parfait. L accueil, les repas, le confort ainsi que les equipements. Un havre de paix a quelques minutes du centre de Marrakech. Merci pour ce sejour magique!! A bientot...

Nous avons aimé le calme des lieux, le confort de la literie et la superficie de la chambre.
L'accueil, dans notre cas, n'a pas été aussi chaleureux que ce que nous avions pu lire dans les autres commentaires. Peut-être à cause de la pluie qui venait de tomber? Le lendemain au petit déjeuner, pas un sourire ni un bonjour en retour du notre de la part du personnel de salle. Je ne parle pas ici des propriétaires, que nous n'avons de toute évidence pas dû croiser, et qui sont certainement hyper sympathiques. Le café n'était vraiment pas bon, une première pour nous, connaissant le Maroc. De plus, les verres n'étaient pas propres. Dans la salle de bain, idem: un verre retourné posé sur des cheveux... Par conséquent, sur les trois petits déjeuners compris dans le prix de notre chambre, nous n'avons pris que le premier à la Ferme Berbère. Les deux autres ailleurs.
