A little oasis amidst the wonderful madness of the medina. Yahya and Sana were both amazing - so helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

I booked this trip to Marrakesh with my mum last minute and it surprised me in the best way possible!
Going from the busy streets and alleyways of Marrakesh into the quiet of Riad La Cigale was enchanting. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Medina and only a five minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa.
Yasmine the manager, was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early so we could settle in straight away. Sana was also lovely and showed us a map of the surrounding area, highlighting the main attractions, most of which were within walking distance.The riad had so much charm and was cosy, clean and aesthetically pleasing. My mum and I especially enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning, with the sound of birds chirping in the background. It was such a peaceful way to start the day!
A special mention goes to Yahya the night manager, who made our stay truly amazing. He was incredibly hospitable and helpful, offering great tips for exploring Marrakech. His engaging personality, great conversations and laughs made our stay even more memorable. Thank you Yahya, for making us feel so welcome!!
All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay even more special. I would highly recommend Riad La Cigale to anyone visiting Marrakech! :-)

The riad was very central, yet in a quiet street. It was very confortable with good breakfast and excelent customer service. Particularly Yahya and Yassmine were very kind, polite and helpfull. The riad is well decorated and very quiet with no noise coming from the streets.
Nothing bad to note, just pointing out that would be helpful that there was a sign in the main street pointing the riad's direction as we see for other riads in other locations.

The accommodation was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Yahya and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, always happy to assist with special requests and provide useful information. The location was excellent, making it a perfect base for exploring Marrakech, especially for first-time visitors. I highly recommend staying here!
