Excellent value for money in a brilliant location for exploring central Paris on foot. The lady receptionist was extremely welcoming, efficient and helpful. We were glad to leave luggage ( a bike) in the luggage room during our stay and after check-out. The room on the 6th floor (no lift) was simple but adequate with interesting rooftop views. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The receptionist kindly helped to order a taxi.

Location was PERFECT.
Everything within walking distance. An abundance of cafes & restaurants & the staff were friendly & spoke English
No elevator & steep stairs - not ideal if you have luggage. & the shower was tiny. I’m 80kg & had to hang half my body out while showering!

Great location, close to major sites and metro stations. Safe and not too loud.
Small showers, water kept spilling out.

Closeness to attractions and eateries
Value for money
No aircon- fan in room was ok but as it was a heatwave it didn’t do much. Windows open helped
