NOT JUST A PLACE TO STAY… BUT A PLACE THAT WILL FOREVER HAVE A PIECE OF OUR HEARTS! 🇬🇷
You can stay in the most luxurious five-star resorts in the world, but you will rarely find anything as authentic, special, warm and cosy as Archontiko 1787.
And the reason is Maria — a truly extraordinary host! ❤️
Maria is the heart and soul of this beautiful B&B. Her kindness, generosity, hard work and genuine love for what she does are beyond words. When we arrived, she was waiting at the entrance, singing Happy Birthday and holding a cake she had prepared especially for my birthday. A gesture so thoughtful and beautiful that I will never forget! Her wonderful husband was equally welcoming and kindly helped us with our luggage.
Breakfast was delicious, with homemade jams, bread and everything lovingly prepared by Maria. She even packed us a picnic snack pack for our day’s adventures! Every little detail reflects the love and care she puts into making her guests feel special.
This is not just accommodation; it is a home away from home. Rustic, authentic, charming and full of soul — exactly what you hope to experience when visiting Greece. Maria offers something no five-star resort can replicate: genuine hospitality straight from the heart.
Dear Maria, thank you for making my birthday so memorable and for sharing your beautiful home with us. Your warmth, your constant smile and your incredible generosity made our stay unforgettable.
Archontiko 1787 will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will most definitely return!
If you want to experience the real Greece and hospitality at its very best, this is the place to stay.
Maria, you are a rare gem. Never stop being the wonderful person you are. ❤️🇬🇷
We arrived as guests and left feeling like family.
