Location.

Sometimes, parking may not be available because of the restaurant nearby. Maybe, the hotel can designate a few parking spaces for its guests. Cleanliness should be improved. Hotel should provide 2 pillows per person.

Good location to the mall and PMC

The staff should go for more training and should always welcoming the guest with proper and manners.
