We went to Provence for a wedding and the hotel was centrally located in Provence close to charming towns. Saint Remy was beautiful and charming but also the cities and towns close to it.
The staff was very friendly, in particular Emmanuel, who provided useful tips to explore around.
Our room didn't have an iron and iron board, and Emmanuel provided one. He even made sure we had breakfast every day, preparing breakfast for us after breakfast time had finished ( since we arrived very late one night due to the wedding celebrations). In addition, he made sure to leave us breakfast boxes in the refrigerator the night before checking out since we left the hotel before 6am to go to Avignon to get the train back to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay. The building is beautiful, the gardens are lovely, and we enjoyed the spa/pool and lovely breakfast... and the staff were exceptional. Emmanuel gave us excellent local advice and thoughtful suggestions, going above and beyond, while the rest of the team were similarly warm and welcoming. Highly recommend! We'll be back
There was nothing that negatively impacted our stay

We had a great stay at Mas Valentine - the hotel was great, the staff were really attentive and gave us great suggestions for places to visit. We also loved the breakfast (and really appreciated having an early breakfast the day we needed this)!
If you are a light sleeper who prefers to keep the windows open - you might notice some noise from cars at night/in the morning as there is a main road next to the hotel.

Pool ( although not heated)
Annemarie was amazing and sorted out issues with our room
Parking
Breakfast was good - coffee amazing!
We asked to move rooms ( Syrah not good!! Avoid !)
Location was not walkable to centre - we are young and fit but would not attempt the walk at night as on a main, unlit road
Pool not heated
