Small hotel located in a side street off Main Street in Cookstown. Small private carpark attached but carparking available on street. Very friendly staff. Lovely food reasonably priced served in restaurant.The executive bedroom was very clean and bed was very comfortable.Bathroom had a lovely jacuzzi bath. There are lots of shops nearby. The surrounding countryside around Cookstown is lovely.
Continental breakfast only but all good for me. . No complaints.

Brilliant Breakfast... huge portions and very nice room. Overall the staff were exceptional and friendly... !!
Centrally located too and for a weekend it was not overcrowded. Car parking adequate thought staff were helpful in this matter.
Just the one disappointing factor was the condition of the shower cubicle which was too well worn and slightly unhygienic for us. Just need upgrading I guess!

Good location near centre, parking and great breakfast. Nice staff.
Bedroom had not been properly cleaned in a while, very dusty, the shower cubicle was un-useable as full of black mold.
Staff said they were aware of this problem and hotel was waiting refurbishment, having been recently sold.
