Gorgeous property, excellent location, quiet.
My only concern was I searched on Booking.com for hotels with breakfast included as I loved my prior experience with the typical Guatemalan breakfast (eggs, beans, fruit, plantains, a bread). Turns out the breakfast included here was a simple buffet (fruit, cereal, etc); eggs and a few other options were available as an upcharge. But, it was still a spectacular property with great support from staff who helped me book tours. Totally recommend.

Location, quiet, comfortable
Getting used to using a padlock on my door in the dark. OK once I thought to use the flashlight on my iPhone

Amazing place, lovely architecture, great location (06 min walk to the Main Square) and super nice attention. The team was always willing to help us with tips and take care of us. We went to Atitlán lake for one night and they provided us storage for our luggage's without cost.
I really recommend it!
Everything was great, but maybe the could improve the breakfast which was a bit basic. Eggs were not included for example. That's the only "negative" of this hotel, but other than that, I really recommend it and we would come back.
