Right across the street from the train and bus stations.
Bed was a little uncomfortable. Only one elevator was in service.

Great location, opposite to Takayama station and walking distance to all attractions. Family Mart right below the hotel.
The room size is small, the double bed is hard and small.

the location was perfect, the rest of the hotel met our expectations considering the price. breakfast was good. very close to the train and bus station, we could do everything in Takayama on foot.
staff could be more helpful. it was not possible to send out luggage to our next hotel (destination was a service center and not an hotel) "only possible to forward to an Hotel". they did not try and look for solutions or help us find one. we had to go to 7/11 at 10pm, in the rain to send it ourselves...
the room could use a new coat of paint, so to speak. there was also a musty smell in the room and the bed was kind of hard.
