The residence has a few parking spaces for rent directly in the building at a very reasonable price. The kitchen is well equipped with plates, cups, pans, pots, and cleaning products. It is easy to take public transport to various hiking starting points, as there is a bus stop just across the street.
The apartment is a decent size, but a bit small; it can feel tight.

Good shower, comfortable bed, nice to have shower gel and shampoo.
Well equipped tiny kitchen, although a measuring cup would have been useful and perhaps an ice cube tray! Good location in Canazei.
Bathroom is very small. My 5’8” husband had to sit sideways on the toilet, otherwise his knees hit the shower stall. Bath towels are provided, but . . . . what’s with the placemat-sized LINEN instead of smaller towels ⁉️?!
Although the Booking.com confirmation said, “No parking available.”, there IS free parking to the side of the buildings. It’s completely easy to miss as there are NO SIGNS TO SHOW WHERE TO ENTER FREE PARKING LOT!!!???!!! You’ll be directed where to go when you check in, but NO PLACE TO PARK WHILE YOU CHECK IN to be directed and get a parking “pass”. Booking.com’s confirmation said check in is 4:30, but the sign at the reception says 4:00.
I booked a studio room long before the stay. Perhaps, it’s just a matter of you get what you pay for and perhaps ALL the studios face the noisy street. To be fair, it’s NOT particularly noisy at night. I asked for a room change, but nothing available in my “room category”.
For the money paid, it would have been nice to have coffee/tea, cups, ice cube tray, etc. I wouldn't stay in Canazei again either. Too far from most of the Dolomites' "main" attractions. Then again, I'm sure you'd have to book at least a year ahead to get a "reasonably" priced room in Cortina (if there are any) or one of the other more popular towns.

The stay was ok, the apartment was very clean, the location right next to the ski lift is excellent, and overall it offers very good value for the price.
The room was super small and felt a bit cramped, which made it less comfortable to spend time inside.. The parking situation was very poorly explained. I booked a garage in advance, yet when I arrived there were no instructions and the entrance was extremely narrow with a closed gate, which almost caused damage to the car. Later I discovered there is a free guest parking area behind the hotel, but this was never mentioned during check-in.
